Update from SV @ Jakarta

Hi all,

It's me to post something here again. I wouldn't post those sentimental content as what piggy did. But just update some recent photo at Jakarta.

I went steamboat together with colleagues here, Jakarta Chinese stype steamboat. Not really cheap, see the environment also know. But i just recommend that Tom Yam base soup. hehe...

Let me think of both mouse and piggy, i think both of you will like this. The Tom Yam is not those oily style but very "clear" haha... They used Chilis and some rembah to cook the soup.

Wouldn't bring those oily feel.

Besides, the materials are quite special. Not those normal fish balls and sausage by the way. You can get some other out of normal a bit's.

My last trip at Jakarta let me lost weight, but i think i'll gain back the weight at current trip.

Dear Friends,

I think this is the first time i post in our blog... hahah... usually just add comment... erm... 不知不觉，I come Singapore already 5 months. I left MMU already 1 year plus; and I left KL almost half year plus... and finally i left him almost 2 months... no matter what happen, life still carry on right... :)

when starting working here, beside pressure from my job, the painful things he brought to me, really make me suffer here... anyway, all of these has gone... And now, I am quite happy with my job here, although not really good and smooth in everything but at least I have a geng of friends here now... every Tue will join them for badminton session... :)

erm... maybe can share some funny things with you all, got 2 ppl chasing me now... haha... but of coz are impossible one... maybe here too little girls lar... not because I am special... but because no choice.. muahahhaha...

For now, I really not sure what i want now... and never think to start a new relationship... Maybe the time i spent with him, too long... until, I find it hard to cover all the things i done with him before, with another guy... feel scared... sei fou lor... hahah... is it i need to seek for pychologist? hahah...

Although sometimes feel very "empty", but I will still tell myself to cheer up :) I am good girl what, hoh? heheh...

After dinner, We go to upper penang road to have ours second round. Finally, we choosing a cafe.
We are trying to compose a CD with ours voice. Unfortunately, ours voice beh dim, only ah sim's voice is listen-able. So, we decide to delete all recorded song. Next time, SV and Piggy come here, we can compose ours CD.... :)

I'm back from Jakarta~

I'm back~ Finally, i can back to my sweet home - Malaysia~

2months stay in Jakarta, i have experience so much things!

unexpected earth quake, knocking door sound at midnight and busy like crazy at work~

8/8/07, i had the first ever earth quake experience in my life......
I remember that i slept at 11pm that night, who knows i was awake by the "shaking bed" and cracking sound of the window.... my first thought is : ngm hei zhong guai gua! play so big?!

I continue to sleep, try to pretend actually. fuh, kanasai... don't know why i so "brave" to pretend. keke...

The bed shake in wave, getting high magnitude, i forced to wake up and standing. Guess what? I was so dizzy, man! fuh yo...

silly me still sitting on the sofa, i heard crazy screaming this time... what i thought is : wah,the ghost play the people around ke? keke...

after few seconds, i got a called : eh, you still at your room? earth quake ar! faster come down!
i was rushing out with a little bit calm and steady. Still able to sms EE the news while i was running down the staircase. Really a bit steay, those Arabian's face damn pale and scared. They move like snail although scared, forced me to take the lift. (took the lift somemore, when i think back... ) 2 hours wait at hotel entrance... everything is go back to normal... Can't really give the best description here...

Few days after earth quake, i got another "surprised" . It was around 3++am that night, i heard knocking door sound which is very near to me. wahlau e... very scared ar! heart beat fast like hell that time. Don't even dare to open the door to see what happend, i kept awake until the dawn. shit.... at the second day, i got to know that day is the 1st day of Hungry ghost month.

I can' t even got a good rest since that night. After 1 week, i was able to change to new room. But i still couldn't get rid of the bad experience. 2 weeks plus i never got a good rest, although i was busy... work until midnight for weeks.

As a result, i'm slimmer a bit. haha... didn't take photo yet, show you guys next time.
Jakarta is a modern city, but the development is still a bit behind Malaysia. The living cost there is damn high, it's pity those little beggar. I wonder how they growing up with this kind of living standard.

I might be back to Jakarta shortly, hopefully i am able to join you guys for gathering when i am back. Wish me luck if i am going for another trip.

Mousy & Henry @ Bangkok ~ 3rd and last day

Third day, wake up early and plan to go grand palace and wat po. Aihh.... its a raining morning. Never mind, we go to have ours breakfast first at burger king. Ha, we order one breakfast and one pork burger. Yummy yummy, but its too salty.

After breakfast, it still raining, suan le pa, we are no 缘 with Grand palace and wat po, may be next time. We skip the first destination and depart to ours second target --> Chatuchak weekend market. We took teksi to go there. Before this, we go to buy air port express bus ticket first , so we din over use ours money and confirm we still and go to airport next day.

There are still a crazy market, need to have a map to know where you are. There are too many soil here, even we dun know which soil have been walk or not. Its still raining, but dun worry, we are under roof.

After shopping at Chatuchak, its almost noon already. We took BTS to Siam square there.
First, we go siam paragon first. There are security checking at the entrance =.=" and again, its big.One level for food only. Look like not suit to us. We go down to ground floor, there is a ocean world. OMG, the entrance's fee is 450 bat per person. So sorry, put to next trip.

Next station, Central World. On the way go Central World, we pass by 4 face buddha, there are so many people because today is buddha day and no alcohol sold allow. We didnt go inside and continue to Central World. It so high class shopping mall (no one shopping inside), but it really beautiful. Suan le pa, walk walk enough :)

After took some picture outside Central World, We plan to go Platinum by tuk tuk or teksi because ours leg really cannot already. Aiya, we also can saw it from Central world, walk there also can ma, so near. Then we start to walk. Its consider far after we get there. So, dun believe wat you see.

Platinum is crowded of people, i think this is the shopping mall suit to us (look like sungai wang).
We having ours lunch first then start to shopping. After satisfy, then we back Khao San road early.

Last day, we having ours breakfast at 7-11. One burger and one mee. After that, packing and go bus express station. The bus express is a van actually.

Its still early when we reach airport. We took some picture.

Mousy & Henry @ Bangkok ~ 2nd day

Second day, we wake up early around 6 somethings to go floating market. We have taken 1 and 1/2 to get there from Khao San road by van. We shared one boat with 8 foreigner. Here is some photo taken

After floating market, we have to take another one and half hour to back Khao San road. Before we back to guest house, we have bought a green tea from 7-11, Malaysia dun have this flavor one o (hehe, actually we just wanna go 'tan' the aircond, its too hot outside). We reach guest house around 1pm ++. After bath and rest, we go ours next station ->> MBK. We plan to go there by bus. After confirm the bus no. from reception, we go to bus stop wait the bus. Hot, when we have been waiting almost half an hour and plan to take teksi or tuk tuk, the bus came. We dun know which bus stop should stop, luckily got a foreigner couple also want to go MBK. OK, fit, we just follow them.... hehe...

Yeah, we reach MBK safely :). We start to shopping. Ermm..... buy nothing and we have ours lunch there. There are a lot of people here and their food court need to change coupon one =.=
We feel that the price here almost same with Malaysia one, so, ours second target --> siam square (opposite MBK). Then, we go search for siam square. I think it is not a shopping mall cos there are many soi (we called lorong here). Well, we just walk one soil only. the soil is narrow and many shop inside.

Ok lar, roughly done with MBK and siam square. Its evening time, we go to ours next station --> Suan Lum night Bazaar. We plan to take BTS to sala daeng and exchange to MRT, then go there by MRT.
At BTS, We can saw siam center and Siam paragon is opposite siam square. Oh no, there are too many shopping mall here. That is ours next target next day. Hey, first time take BTS in BKK, sure a bit sua gu. We went to counter to buy ticket, but the counter is not to buy ticket, its for exchange coin =.=". We need to buy ticket thru machine. Ok, get the ticket, seem like same with ours LRT. Then we exchange MRT, before enter the MRT entrance, a guard there check ours bag(BKK security system is so good). Got first time experience, then we go to counter again to buy ticket. Ermm.... the ticket is an token (look like caroon piece). Shit lor, how to use it. We someone go pass the entrance first. Hehe, it used scan one. If going out, just drop the token into the hole.

Hey, dun play play, this place also very big. Luckily Small bell din come, if not, sure complain her legs very tired (actually ours legs also want to broken already).

We had bought some Souvenirs here. Late already, we took taxi back Khao San road.
Mouse is not so syok if nv eat Tung Yum Kung in Thai. So, tonite let her wish come true.

After dinner, plan to go Khao San road jalan jalan cari makan, mana tau all stalls close already, the police ask them to close, its late already. So we going to shopping 7-11 and go back sleep Zzz because its damn tired today.

Mousy & Henry @ Bangkok ~ 1st day

This is the first time mousy and me go out from Malaysia by ourself. Everything is going fine except we didn't have Thai massage during ours journey (=.=)". Lets start shared ours Bangkok's journey :).

First day, we were taking Air Asia flight in the Friday morning from Penang and reach Bangkok airport (Suvarnabhumi airport) around 11.15am. Shit, its start raining when we reach. The airport is big and nice look (but we forgot to take photo). There were several way to go ours guest house (we have book a room of a guest house locate at Khao San road) . From ours research, we decided to take airport bus express (A2) to go khao San road. For sure, we still remember advice from andry and small bell which is get the Bangkok's map at airport.

We have reach Khao San road @ 1pm++. Luckily the bus stop at the junction that have the sign board to go our guest house - New Joe guest house.

After check in, we go out to search tour to go floating market next day. From research, we choosing the mama tour to go floating market( from 7am - 1pm ). After this, hungry already, we ate at one of the restaurant at Khao San road. There are so many restaurants and also foreign in this Khao San road.

After lunch, we start ours first destination which is Grand Palace and Wat Po. Rain stop already. We walked there based on the map. Unfortunately, we get lost. We dun know where we are. Luckily I saw one shop is playing “我的野蛮奶奶” , thanks god, I go in and ask the route. But, after I get in, I found that the drama is in Thai language =.=". Finally, we get the route to go there. The day is damn hot. We reach Grand Palace at 3.40pm. From the people there, the Grand Palace and Wat Po is open from 8.30am to 3.30pm. So, we are late :( . Never mind, we still took some picture at City Pillar Shrine. (Damn Damn HOT).

First mission is fail. We decide to go china town by river pier. We go to the Tha Chang Pier based on map. There are many people there. Below is some picture when we on the ship.

After 10 minutes, we reach Ratchawong pier. From research, China Town is locate Yaowarat road. Again, based on map, We found the road. There are also crowded of people here. Below is some picture took at Yaowarat road.

A bit disappointed, though that there are many nice food to eat here. Sienz. We are going back by river pier also.

We still try to walk back to ours guest house. We pass by the Sanam Luang Park. There are crowded of people too. I think there have somethings like fun fair there and the traffic is busy too.

Finally, we get back to ours guest house. After bath and rest, we go Khao San road. Heard that there are many stall there like pasar malam. Before enter Khao San road, I saw a "Removeable ATM and money changer of UOB" park at the entrance of Khao San road. What the hell.

We plan to have ours dinner here. So, walk walk and eat eat.

Yesterday went to celebrate again at 笼的传人with Lew family...although is weekday, but still very long queue... wonder it really so ho chiak meh?? When we arrived there, waiting number is 10, and we got 26! Wait wait wait... finally its our turn to go in.... share with u all some of the food we had... 四川 辣子鸡.... hmmm... not so spicy but the quantity is very much...

Lastly... the most famous 上海小笼包, 果然名不虚传....

Overall the food is ok... but it is very expensive... anyway, good to have a try :)

Mouse's Birthday

First of all, Happy Birthday to Mouse. We were celebrating mouse's birthday at Cherry Blossom. The VIP attended - Small bell, Andeli, Sim, Amy (Andeli's sister) and Li Soo (alpha mate).
